Anthony Hughes has worked in international education for over 20 years.
Before founding zepMedia (formerly step52) and English4Today, he was a lead consultant in Europe for the International Development Program of Australian Universities and Colleges (IDP) and on behalf of Austrade (The Australian Trade Commission) and the IDP he gave a series of seminars on Australian education at universities in Europe and provided consultancy services for Australian private and public sector educational organizations recruiting students from the European market.
He was Director of Mondolingua, the international education conference and fair in Geneva from 1993 to 1995 and developed a number of video based English language courses for Swiss television as well as audio courses for the Institut Victor Ebner in Geneva. During this time he also provided consultancy services for a number of universities and colleges and was a guest lecturer at the University of Technology's INSEARCH Language Center in Sydney, Australia. In 1995 he co-founded The Digital Education Network Ltd and started one of the Internet's earliest and most successful international education portals EduFind.
He has been published in leading education journals including the International Journal of Education, written an award winning English grammar and has been a speaker at such events as the BASELT Conference (UK), The International Education Marketing Conference (Geneva), and The ARELS Conference (UK).
He has designed and delivered communications, cross-cultural, and 'soft-skills' training programs to clients in Germany, the USA, Scotland, and England.
Since 1995 he has worked on Internet projects for e-learning and educational marketing and has provided leading organizations with consultancy regarding ‘best use’ of the Internet for marketing, online learning and training, delivery of courses, and online recruitment.
As CEO of zepMedia, Anthony is involved in all aspects of the business and takes a particular responsibility for European and North American business development and the overseeing of new technical projects. He is also an Executive Director and co-founder of EduFind and the Digital Education Network Ltd.

Michael Fay is an international education specialist who has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region for over 25 years where he has been a leading member of Australia's international education and training sector. He was the co-founder and managing director of Insearch Language Centre at the University of Technology Sydney from 1987-1999. Insearch has been one of the major success stories of Australia's international education sector. In 1997 Insearch Language Centre won the Citibank award for best Australian Service activity in Asia. In 2000 he was made a Fellow of UTS for his contribution to the profile and reputation of the university. Michael is also an IELTS examiner and has contibuted a popular IELTS Guide Video to the English4Today video site english4today.tv
Michael has been a NSW Executive member of the Australia Indonesia Business Council, 2000-2005, a Director of the National English Accreditation Scheme Ltd (NEAS) 2002-2005 ( See: www.neasaustralia.com), Acting Executive Director NEAS Australia June –Oct 2004. He still holds an Associate Directorhip with the ASEAN Focus Group Pty Ltd-current (

Michael is a frequent speaker at key international education conferences including the NEAS Conference, the Australian International Education Conference and the IDP International Education Conference.
Michael Fay is responsible for new business development for English4Today services in the Asia Pacific region and deals with public and private educational organisations as well as government departments and corporations.

David has had over 30 years experience in the English language training sector internationally. He was English Language Training (ELT) Publishing Director, Unwin Hyman, London from 1985-88, Principal, Anglo-World Language Centre, Cambridge 1982-1985, English Language Training (ELT) Publishing Manager, Nelson, UK 1978-1982, Head of the English Language Unit, College of Engineering, University of Kuwait 1974-78 and has been an English lecturer in Libya, France and Denmark.
He has taken various international training and consultancy contracts in Europe, Africa, Asia, Americas.
David is responsible for the academic and content development for English4Today's English language training services and publications and also acts as lead liaison officer between English4Today and UK private and public educational institutions and corporations for the promotion of English4Today services.
David is a published ELT author and has written numerous articles for international education jounals on the EFL industry, the Internet and EFL and marketing and EFL.
David is also the Director of International Education Connect Ltd., who publish English in Britain software and website (both developed and maintained by zepMedia) and is a co-Director and founding partner with Anthony Hughes of The Digital Education Network Ltd.
